Who we are

Ilovite is a service operated in Finland by Hilal Gerçek. Questions about these terms can be sent to help@ilovite.com.

Beta service

Ilovite is in beta and is currently offered free of charge. Features, limits, and availability may change. By using Ilovite, you agree to these terms.

What Ilovite does

Ilovite helps you create digital invitations, collect RSVP responses, and manage guest information for your events. We provide the platform; you decide what to publish and whom to invite.

Your responsibilities

You must ensure that you have the right and, where required, an appropriate lawful basis to collect, use and provide to Ilovite any guest information you enter or upload, including names, contact details, dietary information and custom RSVP responses. You are responsible for informing your guests as required by applicable law, and for the content of your invitations.

Data processing terms

If you act as a controller of personal data and use Ilovite to process that data on your behalf, our Data Processing Terms form part of these Terms and apply to that processing.

Availability

During beta, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, bugs, or changes may affect access to your account or published invitations. We aim to notify you of planned outages within a reasonable time when possible.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Ilovite for illegal, abusive, or spam activity.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not upload malware, misleading content, or data you do not have the right to share.
• Do not overload or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

When beta ends

When the beta phase ends, we may introduce paid plans, change feature limits, or discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. We will not charge you unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. Updated terms will apply from the date stated when they are published or accepted, as applicable.

Data and deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@ilovite.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains how long account, invitation and guest data are retained and how deletion is handled.

Liability

Ilovite is provided during beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
